The Space:
This rental combination includes 3 buildings on our acre wide resort and is awesome for those who want to spend time in San Diego but also want to have some private space to themselves. Similar to renting multiple hotel rooms except you nearly get a whole floor with a huge hangout space in the middle!

The Neighborhood:
2 exits to downtown. Our vacation rental is located in a commercial neighborhood. Our 40,000 square foot resort includes 10 vacation rentals with no direct neighbors. This will allow you to host your friends and have a great time. While this is a low income neighborhood, we have successfully hosted over 1000 groups since 2016 without any issues. Please feel free to confirm our location with resort entrance next to the local corner store: 3209 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102.
Plentiful free street parking on Market Street. Or you can get dropped off with Uber from the resort entrance or the alley entrance closer to your rental.
Getting Around:
DOWNTOWN (5 min drive): 1 freeway exit, 15 blocks. Uber $8+
AIRPORT (12 min drive): $15+ Uber or $30+ Taxi
CORONADO (10 min drive): $13+ Uber
MISSION BEACH & PACIFIC BEACH (20 Min Drive): $18+ Uber

(1) We do not provide refunds due to COVID. If you are unsure of you can come, please let us know as soon as possible so we can have a chance to rebook. This is a family business and we are doing our best to keep staff employed and continue operations as usual.
(2) By confirming a booking, you agree to our cancellation policy and there will be NO REFUND for any reason other than AirBnB extenuating circumstances policy.
(3) Damages or missing items will be taken from security deposit.
(4) Pets ($40 clean charge). Please do not bring pets that are unfriendly. Pets must stay on a leash when in common areas of our resort.
(5) No smoking indoors (Up to $450 clean charge applies).
(6) Hosts must ensure all drinking guests are 21+. ADULTS over 18 need to confirm reservation and attend. We can not accept reservations by adults on behalf of minors.
(7) We use a recording camera on exterior front entrance gate and front porch. This is meant to deter unauthorized parties and confirm guest arrival and departure during COVID and to easily facilitate contactless check-in.
(8) Our resort has an alcohol license. Valid drivers license and credit card must be provided to make payment for all alcohol. No cash sales.
