☆ Estrella Mountain Ranch has two onsite restaurants: one at each resident's club. While renters do not have access to the residents' clubs or the boating activities, the restaurants are open to the public. Lakeside Grill is located at the Starpoint Residents Club across from Safeway. Cantina is located at the Presidio just past our street further up Calistoga Dr.
☆ There is a playground, basketball court, picnic tables, 4 pickleball courts, a tennis court, and 2 sand volleyball courts located at South Lake off of S San Miguel Dr.
☆ There is a Safeway grocery store, Walgreens, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Papa Johns, and a few other local stores and restaurants in Estrella Mountain Ranch.
☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.
☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 10 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.

☆ Starter amenities only - only starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. ☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera It is active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. There is another camera over the driveway and one directed at the pool equipment. They are there for the safety and security of our property and our guests. Any tampering, covering, or disabling of the cameras is grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement.
☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
☆ Any tampering with the pool heater will result in an additional fee for pool heat at $80 per day for the duration of the guest's booking. The pool heater is under surveillance.
☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
