- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- Trash pick-up is every Monday morning. If you are staying on a Sunday, could you kindly place the trash bin at the curb so the city can pick it up the next day?
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- Kindly refrain from smoking inside the property to prevent the smell from spreading. If you need to smoke, please do so at least 15 ft away from the premises. Violation fee: $750
- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.
- Please tidy up after yourself. Charges may apply for damages or extra cleaning. Minimum fee: $300
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
