Come and enjoy our personal home away from home! Lake Havasu is a great place to stay. Come visit for a few days or stay for the week. Water is refreshing. 4BD/2BA Built in 2002, new pool and spa built in 2021, extremely clean home comes fully furnished. Large Master suite with king size bed with new mattress & TV. walk in closet, double sinks, walk in shower. Second bedroom is a comfortable guest room with queen bed and TV. Third and Fourth bedrooms offers two full beds in each room. Washer and dryer in home laundry room. Home offers AC, Large TV’s, Free Wi-Fi, reverse osmosis water and soft water systems. Long side driveway to park boat, cars or motorhome. Outside patio offer plenty of seating, along with BBQ Grill and Smoker. Open land for off-roading is only about 200 yards from the house.
