This beautiful two bedroom property sleeping up to four is one of only a few of its kind on the estate. With spacious double bedrooms and open plan living areas, this house proves that small doesn’t have to mean compact. The house benefits from first floor living to really utilise the fantastic views across our tranquil Howells Mere lake. With a contemporary well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining/living area there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stylish, serene interior design.
All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. ACCOMMODATION
A well-equipped contemporary kitchen with white units and black granite worktop provides plenty of storage for your stay. The kitchen comes with an integrated Neff dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, washer/dryer combo, four gas hob double oven and microwave.
The open plan lounge and dining areas benefit from fantastic elevated views across Howells Mere Lake and an abundance of light from the full height glass windows and doors that run along the rear of the property.
The main seating area is focused around the wood burning stove, with a comfortable modern sofa and large arm chair. The living area also provides a DAB radio with auxiliary point and a 32 inch Sony TV with DVD player. The dining area has space for up to six people around the large rectangular glass table.
The large double bedrooms both benefit from built-in double wardrobes and shared balconies that lead to the waterside terrace. The first of the double bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom with shower head over the bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has use of the family shower room also found on the ground floor.
OUTSIDE
The first floor balcony lends itself perfectly to those who enjoy alfresco dinning. Both downstairs bedrooms enjoy access to the ground floor decking.
We have a spa onsite with a bracing outdoor eco-pool, naturally filtered by water lilies. There are two more 20m heated pools – one indoor and one outdoor, a steam room, a sauna and a technogym. Treatments are also available at the spa.
We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails.
You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone!
