This house was a project of the heart! We set it up as we would want to live, decorating each room for families and guests to feel like they are home, ready to relax and reconnect. Loads of outdoor living space surrounding oversized pool with plenty of options for sun or shade. BBQ, privacy fence, and landscaping give a resort feel. Close proximity to White Tank Mountains for hiking, golf courses, pro sports stadiums, shopping, and an endless range of Arizona activities. Full garage for vehicle and equipment, in-home laundry, and spacious master suite and indoor entertaining spaces. The principal bedroom has a king-sized bed and overlooks the backyard pool. There's a TV, full bath with dual sinks in vanity, separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet for clothing and storage. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a mini-desk. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. The living room sofa pulls out to queen-sized bed. There is a laundry room en route to the garage with it’s own door to close to keep laundry, sports bags or other gear out of sight. The shared second full bathroom also has dual sinks and lots of hooks for bath and pool towels. The kitchen and linens are fully stocked for living, including all types of kitchenware, tools and appliances for meal and beverage prep. The kitchen also boasts two full sized refrigerators so you have room to stock up on everyone’s favorite beverages and snacks. The island seating and large dining table with banquette bench make the house fantastic for entertaining. A second outdoor eating area and outdoor living room give options to live outdoors. The games room is stocked with a variety of games, an extra table that can be used for board games, puzzles or crafts, and there is even a “vintage” organ for the musical types!
