My father built this house in the late 40's, a beautiful Williamsburg Colonial, that has been fully renovated with 180 degree views of the ocean from almost every room.
Fire pit and grill with heated lounge seating on the patio is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset or have an unforgettable dining experience. Plenty of eating spaces with views of the ocean and a beautiful bar and lounge area with a 65 inch TV screen for movies, sporting events or a romantic evening by the fire.
Behind the main house is our Game Room which sleeps 4. Pool table, ping pong table, TV, private patio with bistro lights, perfect for additional guests looking for a little privacy, or just another spot to relax and enjoy.
While we state that we sleep 8 people in 4 king beds. We have two pullout out queen sofas on the property that sleep an additional 4 if you need it.
Lastly, please, THIS IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO THROW A LOUD PARTY DO NOT BOOK OUR HOME. We are not an event location. This is a magical home we to share with those who will treat it like their own.
