It is located one block from Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and is very close to the Park Place mall and many restaurants. It is appx a 15 minute drive to MT. Lemmon (Santa Catalina’s) where you can enjoy biking, rock climbing, hiking , birdwatching etc, and is also near reddingtons pass (off-roading, hiking, waterfalls), and Saguaro National Monument! Also about a 20 min drive to the university of AZ and downtown ! Good location to be near the gem show events also! House is stocked with many snacks and cold beverages, all kinds of cooking necessities, bbq ready to go, lots of various kinds of coffee (Nespresso, French press, Keurig, or regular pot of coffee, bean grinder for those connoisseurs or Keurig pods for less work. . Owner is a Tucson native who lives nearby, and can be reached for any information on the area or needs with the property.
