Perfect for family/kids, come enjoy the Arizona heat alongside the pool (Not Heated) and jacuzzi, enjoy some quiet time, relaxation, family time, lots of entertainment near by including Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium, MLB spring training(Surpise Stadium Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers), Westgate, Cardinals stadium, Topgolf, PopStroke, Arrowhead Town Center and more!! Most importantly. Our home offers 1 master bedroom with bathroom and walk in closet with a king bed and plenty of space for couple of air mattress to add. 3 other rooms one includes another King bed, one includes a queen bed, and one includes a bunk bed with 3 twin beds + 1 floor mattress that is located underneath one of the twin bed. Upstairs living room with couches and plenty of more space for more air mattress. Downstairs living room with large sectional couches, TV entertainment center, Full kitchen access pots, pans, utensils, barbecue utensils, ect ect. Half bathroom down stairs, Washer and dryer included. Pool and jacuzzi in back yard, patio set, outside dinning table with chairs, umbrellas to place around the pool, barbecue grill.
