Summary: Location is absolutely superb! The views were beautiful, right on the edge of temple bar busy streets but fairly quiet as far as sound. Definitely you hear some of night life but it's not bad. Its my own fault for not reading that there was no lift so carrying my luggage up 8 sets of stairs was a bit challenging but definitely something I'd look for in the future, especially since it was something to keep in mind when buying groceries. I'm used to the aparthotel travel and the virtual desk has its challenges as I'd landed earlier and Id still not recieved instruction for entry codes. The bar they send you to for any issues doesn't open till noon, so that was a bit stressful. The staff, once I did get a hold of someone were very apologetic and were having some server issues as to why I didn't recieve my email . They were accommodating and let me check in earlier as a result. There were some supplies missing that I had to go purchase right away such as hand soap for the bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels etc., a suggestion for the property, it'd be nice if some staples and cleaning supplies were provided like salt and pepper, dish soap etc. As for the cleaning it was day 10 before I finally emailed as it was supposed to be weekly and we only had 2 towels, they said that she'd be in contact to arrange and that never happened , I could have called but had no time. Overall lovely apartment with some broken bits and bobs, loads of character. I'd stay again but more prepared
