- Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- Parties and any disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing, and all guests must be included in your reservation. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises and/or removal from the booking platform. Refunds will not be considered in the event of a violation.
- If a lockbox is used, failure to return the key(s) to the lockbox will incur a re-keying fee.
- No RV parking.
- Pets: We are restricted to 1 small dog only. Please inquire about this. Please pick up after them and do not allow them on the furniture or bedding.
- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.
- Please be a courteous neighbor. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected unless otherwise approved by the host prior to booking.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them. Booking guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file (if applicable) should damage occur during occupancy.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an issue not reported within the first 24 hours that we were not given the opportunity to address.
Pool:
Aside from the weekly visits from the pool cleaner, it also has automatic jets and skimmer to keep it clean. PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF THE PUMP. This is what keeps the cleaning system working.
When you’re ready to swim, there is a black handle by the pump in the back corner of the yard. Turn the handle from “In Floor” to “Skimmer” and the cleaning jets will shut off. Please remember to turn the handle back to “In Floor” when you’re done swimming.
Also behind the back wall by the pump, you will find the on/off control for the waterfall. Turn the waterfall handle as much as you’d like and water will pour from the pool wall. Please remember to also turn this off.
In the unlikely event the pump will not turn on (on/off button on pump panel), check the breaker on the back of the house as extreme storms and heat can flip the breaker.
