Amazing open floor plan on the main floor, with the kitchen and living room overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy barbecuing on the balcony for a romantic evening or a night of family fun. Inside you’ll find a large fireplace and fully furnished kitchen with gleaming stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, full-size oven with gas cook top, water-filter system, microwave, and garbage disposal). Private on-site, gated parking, washer and dryer, air conditioning throughout the villa and EV charging station all included. Just a 2-minute walk down a private path takes you to the lake where a world of fun and relaxation awaits— many amenities such as restaurants, bars, wind surfing, sailing, and the lake beach where umbrellas and beach chairs can be rented. Spectacular view of the medieval Odescalchi castle of Bracciano (One of Europe’s best kept and fully functional medieval castles and location of many celebrity weddings like the famous Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes wedding in the 2006), only 3 minutes drive to the medieval town of Bracciano and 40 minutes drive to Rome. The city of Bracciano offers fine dining and shopping, as well as beautiful strolls up and down the old streets of the quaint little town of less than 20,000 people. The train station of Bracciano, which is a mere 5 minute drive from the house, connects to downtown Rome in just 50 minutes. Conveniently located 35 minutes from Rome Fiumicino airport, there is also similarly easy access to the ocean side beach life of Santa Severa and Santa Marinella.
