Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that backs to greenbelt with distant mountain views. Pool/spa maintained by outside company, so you do not need to worry about maintaining them. This retirement community has it all with three golf courses, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, fitness centers, restaurants, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and lounge areas. All kinds of other activities, shows, and bingo to participate in if you desire!
