Keurig and drip-coffee maker are both available. Ice-maker and water dispenser in fridge. The space is rounded out by bar seating, a breakfast area with seating for 4, and a built in desk for all your work needs!
Family room is open to kitchen and features plenty of comfy seating and a dry bar. New 52” HDTV with ROKU for streaming, Blu-ray player, and free high-speed WiFi. A selection of family friendly movies, books, and board games are provided. PlayStation 4 with 2 controllers and several family friendly games.

Ground floor bedroom has queen bed with memory foam mattress and ceiling fan. Connecting full bath with shower and second door to hallway. This makes an excellent guest suite for older ones or those who would have a hard time accessing upstairs bedrooms.
Master bedroom has king bed with memory foam mattress, HDTV, ROKU for streaming, Blu-ray player, and ceiling fan. Huge en suite bathroom offers dual sinks, a soaking tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. Private balcony with seating and gorgeous mountain views.
Also upstairs is another queen bedroom with memory foam mattress and ceiling fan.
Fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. Your kids will love the adorable camping theme! Cozy reading tent and play corner. Toys and books provided.

The fun continues outside in the private back yard featuring a playhouse, artificial grass play area, and a propane grill. Covered patio with plenty of seating and festive string lights.
