Welcome to Sun City Grand, Desert Sage community. Our home offers a master bedroom opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. The game room has a full sized Murphy pull out bed, as well as a 24” inflatable queen size bed. All in all this house can accommodate up to 8 adults. Recent updates include new appliances, granite countertops, bar, game room and new furniture throughout. Outside enjoy a heated pool, misters, Blackstone flat iron grill with a built in air fryer and warming drawers. Large patio table in the back as well as the front courtyard. Round out the backyard with a gas fire pit for those cooler nights. Four golf course in the development, two community outdoor lap and splash pools, hot tubs as well as a spa .
