For the vacationers who travel first-class, this gorgeous ocean view townhouse provides a serene, peaceful setting with beach access literally steps away. No detail has been missed—from the flat screen TV's, to the updated comfortable furniture, you’ll have everything you need for a fabulous stay in Southern California. Grab a drink from the wet bar and watch the sunset every night from your private extended balcony. A second covered patio near the kitchen has a barbecue and dining table for a change of scenery. Or you could enjoy sitting in the private entrance patio listening to the birds. Also downstairs on the lower level are two bedrooms will recharge you from the days adventures. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed with bathroom and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed (which have replaced the two twin beds in the photos) and slider doors leading to the entry patio. Just a few steps from your front door are stairs that lead down to the beach access pathway.
Located in Seascape Sur development which is renowned for its exquisite landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking and a nightly security patrol. There are two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, spacious patio area, and direct beach haccess. Take a morning walk to one of the many, nearby coffee and breakfast spots, including the Cedros Design District, which also offers a Sunday Farmers Market. Just blocks away from the Coaster train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego and other area attractions.
