This unit is only one mile from Intel and walking distance to Ocotillo Downtown restaurants and shops. Located at only 4 miles from I10 and 202 freeways. There is also a Casino, a Mall and new Premier Outlet stores at less than 8 miles away.
The master Bedroom have beautiful view to the lake as well as the living room and master bathroom. There is 60' smart HDTV on the living room and 40' HDTV on the master bedroom both with DirecTV programing.
