As the snow falls, the cabin transforms into a cozy winter wonderland. Though the roads are plowed, 4WD or AWD is required to ensure a safe trip as snowstorms are unpredictable.

➤ In the winter, 4WD or AWD is required for safe travel, the home is on a sloped road and 2WD will not work. I will have the drive shoveled for arrival but a snowstorm during the stay will require some shoveling depending on your vehicle.

➤ Please no parties and no open fires, they are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood.
➤ The property is conveniently located between Leadville and Buena Vista, and just an hour's drive from Aspen (summer only).
