The home is warm and inviting, with sophisticated design touches and contemporary furnishings throughout. You'll love relaxing in the ground floor Great Room which features a gas fire place with cozy chairs for reading or the watching the huge TV, comfortable couches for lounging, a dining table that converts to a pool table (!), and an open kitchen with brand new appliances. Two sets of patio doors off the Great Room open to an outdoor lounging area with a fire pit and an outdoor dining table and BBQ.
The ground floor Master Bedroom includes a beautiful four-poster California King bed, large TV, a stunning bathroom with heated-floor, shower and tub, as well as a huge walk-in closet. Across the hall is the Den that includes a TV, desk and sofa that converts to a queen bed with a Tempu-Pedic mattress. Upstairs are two bedrooms with several windows that provide a light, airy feel.
