Welcome to our modern, European-designed home. Our home is perfect for large groups who want private space after adventuring around Chicago. The home is split-level with 4 bedrooms. The beds are comfy memory foam mattresses. There's 2 full bathrooms, making it easy to accommodate 8+ people. Living space is limited, so don't expect tons of lounge space! Enjoy being a 5-10 min walk from the train, near downtown Chicago and walking distance to plentiful restaurants and nightlife! The Space: Step inside to our quaint living room set up with two sleeper sofas able to accommodate 1 person each after a long night out or a few while you eat or enjoy conversation around our smart TV for all your streaming needs. The fully stocked kitchen is up a few steps from the living room. It includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and plenty of plates, cookware and utensils to enjoy a nice meal! There are 4 comfy memory foam bedrooms equipped with 3 full sized and 1 queen sized memory foam mattresses with plush pillows to keep you cozy! 2 bedrooms are the top level along with a full bathroom and another 2 are on the bottom level of the apartment. Guest Access: The entire place is yours to enjoy! Interaction with Guests: All of the relevant information is available in your check-in doc, which you will receive within a week of your stay. That said, we are always here to help! The Neighborhood: River West is a relatively new Chicago neighborhood. Once considered part of River North, it is now a viable, thriving community of its own. In recent years the construction of mid-rise condominiums in River West has attracted residents who desire a little more peace and quiet, without moving too far from downtown. In the style of transforming an old warehouse district into a viable residential neighborhood, River West is full of converted loft spaces and condos. Trendy and new, this area of Chicago is attracting droves of Chicagoan's and tourists to stay and enjoy the city! Getting Around: The easiest way to get around and in to downtown is the Chicago Blue Line train stop which is just a 5-10 min walk away over the bridge. If traveling by car, the expressway is about 2 mins away. Alternatively, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available, please take advantage if you can! Other Things to Note: There is no free street parking on our street, but you can find free parking on adjacent streets.
