Located at the 5.5MM of the Grand Glaize arm, this property features a boat slip, kayaks, a standup paddleboard and deep water perfect for swimming, fishing, boating or relaxing on one of two amazing decks. The dock is connected to the lower deck which means NO STAIRS to the water!
The master features a new king size tempur-pedic bed, full bath with tub, and an attached deck. Second bedroom features a new queen size bed, full bath and an attached deck. Third non-traditional open concept bedroom upstairs includes a queen bed, bunk beds and an extra twin mattress. The home also includes an attached garage, as well as room for 3-4 cars outside.
