The property is located in Torrance City and it is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is also 8 minutes away to Redondo pier. Step away to all super market like Target, Ralphs, all restaurants and shopping mall.

- Please be careful not to move the basketball to other place. Basketball may fall to neighbor houses.
- The house is very close to the ocean so there is always ocean breeze, we do have central AC in case it gets too hot.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
