It has been fully remodeled and updated yet still has the unique charm and character of a historic building. You will enter through a private front entrance on First Avenue and ascend the stairs to this spacious elegant apartment. Outside at the rear of the Penthouse you will find lovely patios and gardens leading down to the marina. The Bank and Barrel 33 both utilize the outside areas to serve during the summer months serving lunch, dinner and cocktails. From the Marina you can take the boardwalk across Sand Creek one block to access City Beach and the bike path.
Out the front door, you will have direct access to First Ave ( the Main Street of downtown) filled with shops and restaurants.
