The grounds are complete with a private pool and jacuzzi in a tropical lagoon setting; the clean desert air will soothe you as you cool off in the pool after a day on the lake, or relieve your pains, relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy a drink at the in-pool table at the waters edge.
The west side of the property has a private regulation Tennis Court with striking lake and mountain views. In addition there is a basketball hoop and concrete court near the pool area.
This six bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has marble flooring and granite counter-tops throughout; the kitchen has custom cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. The master bath is complete with Italian marble slabs in the double sunk-in shower, and a spacious jacuzzi tub. The home's open environment has a warm and inviting one-of-a-kind feel, that can also allow privacy within the various areas of the multi-level layout.
