The Anasazi Village Condos are perfectly located right on the Scottsdale-Phoenix border, adjacent to Stonecreek Golf Club (but beyond the reach of terrible golf shots!) and just steps from greenbelt walking paths that locals treasure. Perfect for a winter escape, romantic retreat for two, a memorable family vacation with little ones, or a quiet getaway.
Sangria Skies is a second-floor unit, with easy elevator access. Everything is shiny and new in this remodeled unit - bright, white kitchen with full-sized appliances, coffee station (because ... coffee!), fold-out sofa if you need it, spacious, comfy living area with crystal-clear, large-screen TV, private bedroom with queen bed, a second large-screen TV, and spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with safety grab bars and the most amazing LED mirror you've ever seen. Private, furnished balcony overlooks a manicured lawn and one of 5 pools (4 are heated)!
Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars, yet away from the street noise, as we are located in the heart of the complex. Less than 10-minute drive to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter shopping and more great restaurants than you’ll have time to try. Scottsdale is known as a golfer’s paradise so if golf is your game, you’re in the right place! We're also close to walking paths and desert hiking trails.
