Enjoy your vacation in a luxury resort lifestyle, a block to the beach WITHOUT the high rise environment and crowds of people. This beautiful, almost 1800 square foot Lakefront Condo w/3 BR's, 3 full baths & 2 large screened porches offers gorgeous lake and golf course views and feels more like a home than a condo. The 10 ft ceilings & open floor plan of the Living, Dining, & Kitchen areas provide a spacious feel. A recently completed renovation offers beautifully updated kitchen & baths, new tile flooring, hardware & fixtures, and mostly new furnishings. The Living room has a new 65" HDTV and a comfortable couch with electric recliners at either end. The kitchen features new stainless appliances, granite countertops, walk-in pantry, and a large dining bar. Both the living room and master bedroom open onto large, screened porches with relaxing, gorgeous views of the Golf Course & Stewart Lake, making them a perfect secondary living space to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view or watch the golfers.
The master BR is on the second level, with 9' ceilings, King bed, 55" HDTV, private deck, and a massive master bath with soaking tub and separate dual head shower, double sink vanity and walk-in closet. A second BR features a queen bed and attached full bath. A laundry center with full-size units is also on this level. The first floor bedroom has twin XL beds and attached full bath.
There is outside locking storage for beach chairs and more. A community charcoal grill is also available outside.
The beach access is a short walk from your front door and one of Seascape's five available pools is nearby. Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon. Seascape Resort offers a variety of activities. In addition to the spectacular beach, the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course and one of NW Florida's premier tennis facilities.
This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available as a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for available discounts.
