An addition completed in 2017 created a spacious living room adjoining the kitchen. The main floor includes a primary bedroom (queen bed), full bath, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, and a kitchen that leads to the BBQ deck outdoors. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, gas oven, soapstone countertops, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, coffee maker, and microwave.
Downstairs, there is a large bedroom with a queen and twin bed, plus a full bath. A laundry room with a new washer and dryer is also downstairs.
The living room includes a new sofa set, cowhide rug, flat-screen TV with Roku, and a CD player, along with internet access and a gas BBQ grill on the back deck.
