Large house with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of different outside areas perfect for dining outside regardless of weather. The house is over 3 levels. First level is garage and gym and small bedroom. Next level is lounge, kitchen, bathroom, seperate toilet, main bedroom and a 2nd small lounge that can be used as a TV room or bedroom with pull out sofa. Ideal for children. Top level has two double bedrooms, and bathroom.
Spa pool is ideal for relaxing after a day on the water.
Free WIFI and Sky TV on hand if you do get a rainy day!
House has 3 heat pumps to keep everyone cool if the nights get hot. The house is a 5 min walk to Surfdale Beach and park and 15 min walk to Little Oneroa Beach.
You can also bring your own boat as there is lots of off street parking.
