It also offers an outdoor sitting area with a dreamy lighted canopy & outdoor grill. It’s perfectly located 5 Minutes away from the panthers stadium and all major attractions the uptown can offer. Be near the action, yet go back and enjoy very quite and laid back neighborhood.
The Space:
Master bedroom and bathroom on main level . Two additional bedrooms on the second level with a little living area furnished with a full size daybed and twin size trundle . Second level also includes a full bath. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard. Wood not always provided.
The Neighborhood:
Smallwood is an upcoming and a transitional neighborhood that’s a mile away from uptown . It’s a mix of older homes and brand new construction.
Getting Around:
Parking is on the premises. Driveway fits two cars . Additional cars can park on the street toward the empty lot toward the right side of the house.
