Serene and well kept neighborhood with parks and plenty of paths to walk on those perfect Arizona days. Close to the 202 and all that East Mesa has to offer!
Our home features over 2700 square feet of living space, two levels, high ceilings, lots of windows, and an amazing backyard oasis. Walking into the home, you have a formal living space with a couch, love seat, coffee table, and end tables. There is also a dining area with a high top stone table and room for 6 people to dine comfortably. The kitchen, stocked with all you need to cook and entertain, opens up to the living room creating a big open concept. There is also additional seating around the kitchen table ready for the big family gatherings. The living room is furnished with comfort in mind and offers 2 leather recliners and a huge sectional couch. There is also a big TV mounted to the wall (with cable) ready for you to watch all your favorite shows.
Our home features 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. One of the main bedrooms is located downstairs which is perfect for the elderly person or someone who needs privacy away from the others. This room has a queen size bed, walk in closet, dresser, and night stands. The other 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom offers a beautiful king size bed, night stands, dresser, and a big TV mounted on the wall. The oversized master bathroom offers a soaking tub, 2 sink vanity, walk in shower, and a walk in closet.
The loft/game room upstairs is perfect for the kids or even the adults! Foosball table, TV, bean bag, and love seat all complete this fun area.
Walking outside to the backyard, you will immediately fall in love with the beautiful oasis that awaits you. The heated pool is warm and inviting ready for you to relax. (Solar pool heaters only work the middle April through the middle of October.) The long extended patio offers plenty of shade and perfect for a space to entertain and dine outside. There is also a Ramada with seating to accommodate all in your group.

~ NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED. Guests must park in garage, driveway or RV gate. Only 1 garage space available as owner keeps 1 car in garage. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 5 bedroom has a $275 utility allowance per 30 days ($9.17 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $275 utility cap. Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
