You’ll witness amazing sunsets from the 2nd floor open air living room and experience some of the most incredible snorkeling right in front of the condo. The 1200 sq ft. condo features a large air conditioned bedroom with a Mahogany king bed, a large walk-in shower, and fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen in 2024 (pictures are not updated yet). For your convenience, Cable/Smart TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as your own private washer and dryer. Enjoy 3 miles of white sandy beach right out the door. Take a relaxing swim in the ocean or enjoy our beautiful large pool. The private grounds of the 18 unit private complex are beautiful and full of flowers and lush greenery. A grill is available for use in the gazebo. Gorgeous views of the ocean are all around! Beach bars and dining are all within walking distance. Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge (known for Leatherback turtle nesting sites) is south of the condo and within walking distance. It is rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean and featured in the movie Shawshank Redemption.
