The open floor plan features the living room, dining area and kitchen as the central location of the home. 3 of the bedrooms including the master bedroom are on the main level and the 4th bedroom is up a flight of stairs. This home also has a large lot with a fully fenced front and back yard.

This home is very conveniently located.....only 15 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport and right in the middle of all the fun on Lake Wylie, A short 25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, 20 minutes to the US National Whitewater Center, 25 minutes to Carowinds and 30 minutes to the South Park and Ballantyne areas.
