All overlooking the fabulous Sir James Mitchell park and Swan river where the swans and native birdlife live.
Two upstairs bathrooms and an additional powder room downstairs for guests. Modern kitchen, island bench, Miele appliances and scullery/laundry. The living area has a study nook with internet and ample desk space for the business person. Both upstairs and downstairs overlook the green parklands and lake views.
