SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon - Beachcomber Dr. - UP ON THE ROOF has very easy beach access via the beach walkway located just off the driveway. This home is well cared-for by conscientious homeowners and features great views of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore for your enjoyment. Choose from four well-decorated bedrooms including two king master bedrooms with private baths - one on each floor. A third king bedroom has private access to the semi-private bathroom which also has a door from the great room which is lockable. The children’s bedroom has double and single beds with an “under the sea” décor and is served by the hall bath on that level. The upstairs great room features a wet bar with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot. There are six flat screen TVs with Dish TV and 300+ channels in the house: one in each bedroom, another in the dining room and the largest in the great room. The complete kitchen features an island and a spacious dining area nearby that opens to a shaded deck. The great room opens to a large sundeck with two dolphin chairs and two cushioned lounges for sunbathing UP ON THE ROOF. The shade deck has two rocking chairs, a picnic table and Trex decking. For more outdoor options, head down to the outdoor grilling and gathering area, complete with benches and a coffee table for a relaxing end to your day. A great space to entertain your guests and serve your favorite snacks and beverages. UP ON THE ROOF is centrally located in Avon near restaurants, shopping and activities and provides access to a community pool and tennis courts for lots of entertainment options.
